Tzu-Ming Huang received the B.S. degree from the Department of Communication Engineering, National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Communications Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research interests include channel coding, machine learning, and FinTech.
